Business Excellence Lead, Strategy and Operations

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in an Enterprise Technology company, Business Excellence, Sales Operations, or Sales Management role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience establishing new processes and cadence within high-growth organizations.
  • Experience leveraging analytical skills (e.g., financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, etc.) to problem solve, influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results.
  • Experience in Cloud and fast-paced growth environment.
  • Ability to navigate and influence within a business environment.

The Google Cloud Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations team acts as trusted advisors, partnering with Sales, Customer Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Partners and Google Cloud Consulting to plan, strategize, and run the business in a transformational way.

Responsibilities

  • Build knowledge of the current systems, tools, and process landscape and lead productivity enhancement initiatives programmatically to drive business automation, agility, and efficiencies.
  • Assess and improve processes, leveraging data-driven insights and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement streamlined operational processes that enhance cross-functional collaboration, communication, and overall efficiency.
  • Build and implement scalable mechanisms to monitor progress and drive adoption of new tools, policies, and processes across the organization.
  • Engage with multiple cross-functional teams and with executive stakeholders to influence the product and tool roadmap, constantly benchmarking with best practices in the industry.
