Creamy Cod and Potato Gratin.
I baked for ten minutes and the cod was quite overcooked. If I try it again I might do 30 seconds each side on the stovetop and a lower temp in the oven.

Vegan Split Pea Soup Recipe.
I added an extra cup of water based on reviews and kept the pot covered during simmering. It was not unusually thick for a split pea soup. I also added a teaspoon of paprika because I love the smoky flavor with split peas. A delicious, hearty, pleasing soup.

Pear and Cheddar Crisp Recipe.
Way too sweet for my taste. If I make it again, I would halve the sugar, increase the lemon juice and cheese, and maybe add some oats to the topping. But tasty!

Vegan Shepherd's Pie Recipe.
I’m not vegan, so I used dairy except for vegenaise. I also used different veggies—winter squash, carrots, and string beans. Turned out great. My partner said it was the best mashed potatoes she ever tasted.

Delicious. Mixed it all in same bowl, which turned out fine, and used fresh raspberry to top.

Delicious, and great texture! I did just 2 tbsp oil and 1/3 cup sugar, added 1/2 cup apple sauce. Also did 1/2 cup almond flour, 1 cup all purpose

Ultimate Cod and Coconut Stew Recipe.
I tried reducing it for a while before adding the fish and covering, as another reviewer suggested. The fish ended up a bit tough and overcooked, but I really liked the flavor. I added salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, chili paste, and extra scallion chips other reviewers said it was bland, and it paid off.
