Omg all the fashion girlies decided to post today and I’m so happy 😭

I had the exact same experience of trying to thrift/depop baggy jeans and finally caved and bought some on ASOS, too lol. I give myself a pass on bottoms. They’re hard to buy new, let alone secondhand.

I like that you addressed the fact that you learn more about your personal style by experimenting. I was a staunch believer that I'd never wear wide leg pants and I cannot believe how much I love them now and its all because I took a chance on them 4 years ago because they were trending.

I actually really like the lighting it feels like Im chatting to a friend . Also absolutely agree with what you said about trends as a plus size girl who was too timid to experiment with clothes growing up , trying trends really helped me figure out my style. Ive also recently started to analyze my interior design style and realized i hate beige as a color and it made me realize why there were so many items in my closet that I avoided and its just because they were beige .

I get frustrated with myself when it comes to styles or trends, because I try to look exactly like the image I'm looking at. When first off I look nothing like the person I'm looking at and two I have sensitive sensory issues. I'm glad I'm a new subscriber and I binged watched this channel until i reached this video, because I realized, I need a new approach to building outfits/styles that fits MY NEEDS.

And the hate on ppl that follow trends definitely reminds me of being a contrarian teenager that just hated whatever was popular because it was popular. 😆 So if you dress on trend you're a shallow follower w no style of your own, but if you dress uniquely enough to stand out you're looking for attention or just weird. There's really no winning when it comes to other ppl's opinions. 😅

But i loved this video and your accessories one bc that helped put things more in perspective and makes me more of a conscious buyer.
