The translation in English is contextually wrong, as it implies that part 3 is part 2. Therefore it's actually part 3, or the final part.
前編 is first part, 中編 is middle part and 後編 is final part.

Part one is just part one of the game. Part two is a DLC added to part 1.
The third link you posted is actually the full and complete game. If you owned a legitimate version of part one and two, you could download and apply an upgrade from their site to the full game. Or you could just buy the standalone full game (the third link you provided.)

also i have completed everything and am just simply waiting for the next part, maybe sometime this yr? if not, maybe a new series. I wonder if they are trying to make it like star wars based on the recent demo released.

Does anyone have a pre-patched version for the full game, I'm so ass at extracting and the game just will not load. Just finished the first game too so I was eager to see the next part but then it just won't open (I have locale emu, so it's probably a bad extraction thing rather than a locale one, if there's not one, could I just get like a full tutorial so I can do it step-by-step, maybe I just messed up somewhere and I'd like to find out on which part specifically)
