Terms of Service


By purchasing commissions, adoptables or YCHs you accept that you have read my Terms of Service and agree with them.

USAGE:
- You can use any purchased commission for non profit purposes only. Feel free to upload the commission to your gallery, use it as an avatar, print posters for personal use, etc.


FOR ADOPTABLES + RULES:

- The winner will have all the rights to the character and can use it as you please.
- You may post the art of them wherever you like after you've bought them but please make sure to credit me.
- Never claim that you created it.
- You can sell or gift the adopt but do not sell it for more than what you bought the adopt for!
- I will send you the High Res picture once it's paid for.
- These are first-come first-serve
- There's no one-per-person rule, so buy as many as you want
- Please leave a comment or send me a note me saying which one you want to claim.
- No holds!
- No returns!
- I will never send high res pics before you pay!
- Take care of your adopts!


MAIN INFO:
- How to contact me for the commissions: Send me a note with your commission idea or any other platforms on my Hipolink
- I work with PayPal invoices, Ko-Fi, Bootsy, or Hipolink
- Full pre-payment

(After we have agreed upon a commission request and I have received payment, I will draw a sketch and send it to you to discuss whether any changes are needed. Payment plans available for +200$ (only on PayPal).
- I will not start working on a commission/YCH before receiving full payment.
- I can't change the artwork after it was finished. (Minor changes are acceptable.)
- If you need specific image size (for example, for a print) please tell me before hand!
- I can send PNG, JPEG and PDF files of your commission. I can send a version of the artwork with the transparent background if you need it.


REFUNDS:
- Please, don't message me for commissions if you don't intend to pay.
- I don't do refunds after the sketch approval.
- If you do a PayPal refund any reasons when your commisson was finished you'll be blocked and I will refuse to work with you again.
