The differences between 32-bit and 64-bit can be quite notable. Episode 8 is the end of Season 2. We know from his most recent words that we are at least getting a Season 3, he specified it would be released separately, not as an expansion to the first 8 episodes, which means a much-reduced download size when Ep 9 drops.
You need to delete both \game\Saves and %appdata%\RenPy\BeingaDIK+numbers\ folder.
Are you playing the compressed version? These look like graphical glitches from bad compression, given how regular and uniform they are.

forget it, impossible for the game... if there would be a mod it would be editing the game in a huge way thats not intended... you can go initially for multiple girls at the time (but need about 3-4 playthroughs anyways to see all of them, regardless which route) and in this episode you have to decide which girl-route you will follow through... so nope, no harem at all, just flings and fucking around.
