Equality of course is a general and all-inclusive term, but I just had the first meeting for the quality club at my high school and he (kind of angrily) wants to know why "equality means gays" and I've been telling him over and over but every time it comes up he just gets angry.
Can I get some opinions/arguments from some of you guys about why LGBT+ has Pride and awareness months and whatnot? Because he doesn't seem to agree that a lot of us are still treated really poorly and being entirely misunderstood and he thinks that we're pretty much 100% supported.
